Do I need to provide water and electric?For exterior washes, access to a water spigot for a hose is required. We bring our own generator, so an electrical hookup is not necessary, but access to electricity is always welcome when available.
Should I empty my car before you arrive?It’s helpful to remove larger personal belongings and excessive trash before your appointment, but there’s no need to clear out every little thing. We can work around smaller items and return your belongings to where they were found when the detail is complete.
How long does a detail take?The time needed depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. For a moderately dirty daily driver, a full interior detail typically takes around 4 hours. Larger vehicles such as three-row SUVs, vans, and trucks may take additional time due to their size and extra interior space.
Do I need to be home during the service?It’s not required that you are home, but in the case that you are not, we would like to stay in touch through phone in the case we need to contact you. Payment will also need to be processed after the detail is complete.
What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, or tap to pay after the detail is complete.
